My work is integrative and highly personalized, drawing from multiple therapeutic approaches to meet each individual and couple where they are. With a background working alongside C‑suite executives and high‑performing professionals, I also specialize in supporting those managing anxiety, imposter syndrome, and the internal pressure that often accompanies success.

Therapy is about disrupting the cycles that keep us stuck and learning to listen to what the clues around us—our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—can tell us about what we need. It’s hard work, yes, but real change starts with being able to understand where you are now and what brought you here. I create a space for my clients to do this work without critique or shame.
Together, we’ll work through what’s standing in the way and move towards your goals, finding ways to build a life where you feel more grounded, resilient, and proud of the person you are becoming.
Doing “the work” on your own while simply trying to make it through each day can get overwhelming. Sometimes you just need a space to sort through it all. In individual therapy, I help ambitious women make sense of and make the changes they want while providing support with issues like ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
Building relationships with other humans can get messy, but they don’t have to stay that way. Whether you’re feeling disconnected or struggling to communicate, we’ll work together to help you and your partner break through patterns and find new ways to show up for each other.
