How It Works

Our initial session is a space to slow down and take a fuller look at what’s bringing you into therapy. We’ll talk through your current concerns, past experiences, and what you’d like support with moving forward. Together, we’ll also define what progress means to you, creating a shared understanding of how our work can feel both purposeful and supportive.

Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes and shaped around your evolving needs. Whether we’re addressing long‑standing patterns or navigating present‑day challenges, our work focuses on building insight, tools, and emotional steadiness — supporting change that can be carried into your daily life.
